Payment at the Bank For the 2024/25 academic year, most of the beds in the university-owned halls are allocated to new students and women on a first-come, first-served basis. Only continuing students who are members of the JCR Committee are allowed to stay in the halls. Continuing students who make unauthorized payments will be expelled. University accommodation is now online, and students are required to use their Unique Identification Number (UIN) to book a room. After reservation, students have 48 hours to make the payment at any Stanbic bank. Please follow the instructions below to book accommodation and make the payment.

- Provide the following information:
- Username: This is your UIN (UIN is the University Identification Number found on your acceptance letter, e.g., 2000xxxxx)
- Default Password: 123456
- Click “Login” and immediately change the default password. It is advised not to use your phone number as your password.
- You will see the window below if you log in using a mobile phone. Follow the instructions below to book and pay for your room.
Steps:
- Print or screenshot your reservation.
- Visit any Stanbic bank with your reservation within 48 hours to make the payment. Inform the bank teller that you are paying the UDS Residence Fee.
- Keep your receipt until the university reopens, when you will come to campus for registration. Do not travel to the campus now!
